The ProAqua PA-402 is a 35-square-foot replacement hot tub filter with a closed top and handle, washable pleats and a free-flow core. It features bottom fine threads referenced as 2-inch MPT.

This cartridge can replace the open-top Artesian 0052 filter, but the PA-402 itself has a closed top. It is also a replacement for Master Spas PMA-R1, with an important limitation: the PMA-EPR insert does not work with this closed-top cartridge.
